Home Equity Loan Basics

1) A Home Equity loan provides borrowers with a lump sum of cash that can be used for many things such as Home Improvements, College Tuition, Debt Consolidation, and other things.  DeepGreen can close this loan in one’s home if state law does not require an attorney present at closing; interest rates may be tax deductible.
