Additional Consumer Opportunities - Once a consumer has received their mortgage from Standard Mortgage, the consumer is given an opportunity to sign up for some online customer services such as: 1) Check their mortgage payments and balance with eStatus, and 2) Pay their mortgage online via Standard Mortgage’s Auto-Pay program. Below are a few details about these two programs.
What Exactly is eStatus? Sign Up Online. It means that once a customer signs up, they will have 24/7 access to their account information that has line items such as: Current Loan Balances, 12-Month Payment History, Year-to-Date Totals, Payment Due Dates, and much more. Note: In order for a consumer to use eStatus, they must at a minimum, be using IE version 5.0 or greater and it is required that IE be using 128-bit encryption, set to accept cookies, and JAVA scripts must be enabled.

What Exactly is Auto-Pay? Sign Up Online – the consumer must have already completed the signup process for eStatus and be a registered user. Auto-Pay makes the consumers life just a little easier. Consumers pay their monthly mortgage payment without writing a check and even better, without leaving the comforts of home. Other benefits of Auto-Pay are reducing postage costs and check costs, save time because the consumer will not be writing checks, eliminates misdirected or even lost payments. It can even be set up for "recurring" billing.
